I have order this product even the payment is done but I didn’t received it yet till now it’s been two month I order. Fraud I try to mail also but so response

My parcel not received many time provided the message but no response 10 to 15 days already done but perfume not received I am not satisfied for please refund my many

In policy they are saying order will shipped within 24-48 hrs, still haven't shippedy order yet. And no one responding through their mail md whatsapp also..... Also there's no option for COD ,what is this ???

These people have not delivered my order and while tracking the order it shows Invalid order id 3800

I haven’t received My order yet . I placed order on 12th October 2025. It’s shows status as “order has not shipped yet..”

Also on whatssap No one is answering messages .

The they tried to lure me to order the BUY 1 GET 3 FREE and now I'm not able to place return.
Its mentioned in the return policy stating that:
"Orders placed during promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other similar deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or exchange"

Would make a lovely gift for both someone else and yourself.
Prefer the one that is supposed to smell like black opium over the original; both nice though.
Had an issue with shipment where venom said it had gone to Royal Mail but Royal Mail said they never received the delivery. Could have been on royal mails end. Eventually just over a month later it got delivered. Really happy with the items

I have tried other perfumes and love the diverse scents of venom scents the best. Xoxo
